Round apples sit shoulder to shoulder with pointed leaves and two heads of wheat in this ring. Each apple gets its own short stem, and the stems curl in slightly different directions, so the circle never looks stamped out. The wheat heads carry rows of small grains and take the longest to fill, so save them for when your hand is steady. Berries bunch in small clusters near the bottom of the ring where the leaves crowd together. Print this one when you want an autumn page that is not about Halloween. It suits a classroom door, a place setting at a harvest supper, or the front of a homemade card once you cut around the outside edge. The blank middle invites a message, and a thin marker holds up well on it.
