Mug Of Hot Cocoa With A Leaf Coloring Page

A wide mug sits on a saucer with three marshmallows floating at the rim and curls of steam rising above it. A small leaf rests against the side of the mug. The body of the mug is entirely blank, which is the point of this page. Nothing is written on it, so a child can design the mug themselves. Stripes, spots, a name, a face, anything fits in that space. The steam curls give a light, airy top to the page and need almost no color at all. Hot drinks mark the moment the weather turns, which is why this page belongs in a seasonal collection rather than a kitchen one. The saucer is one simple oval and makes a good starting point for a younger child. The marshmallows carry a few small marks on top that read as the browned edges you get from a hot drink. Leave them dark or color them in. Both work. Print this one for a quiet afternoon and let a child color their ideal mug before you make the real thing.
