Space Station With Solar Panels Orbiting Earth Coloring Page

Four rectangular solar arrays stretch diagonally across this sheet, each one ruled into a grid of small cells that give the eye somewhere to rest between the ornamental areas. They meet at a central module cluster of cylinders, trusses and antenna masts, and behind all of it a globe shows the Americas in loose outline. The framing is the surprise. Layered sunflowers, paisley curls and small rosettes crowd the top corners and the lower edge, and a compass medallion tucks into the right side. The effect is a technical subject sitting inside a decorative garden, and the contrast is what makes the page interesting to fill. Two different tools suit the two halves. A ruler edge and a fine pen keep the panel grids crisp, while the floral border is happier under blended pencil. Gold, bronze and deep blue on the arrays look convincing, and the flowers can go anywhere you like without clashing, since they are not meant to be realistic. The sheet is taller than it is wide and prints with clean margins on letter paper.
