Children Playing On A Colorful Slide Coloring Page

Two children have stopped halfway down a wide curving slide to clap hands in mid air. The two slides are a chance to practice contrast. Give them different colors and the near one steps forward; give them the same and the whole structure flattens out.

Playground slides are nearly always set facing away from the afternoon sun. Metal beds on a south facing slope get hot enough to be unusable by mid afternoon, which is why so many modern ones are molded plastic instead.
