Three generous scoops fill the bowl on this sheet, and the lines drawn across them curve like the ribbons in marbled sherbet rather than sitting flat, which gives every scoop a direction to follow. A softer peak rises behind them and a slim decorated stick leans out to the right. The bowl beneath is where most of the time goes, its outside carved into tall panels filled with fans, curls and small blooms, standing on a short fluted foot with a beaded rim.

Loose flowers float across the background, unattached to any stem, so they can be finished in any order or skipped without leaving a gap.

The marbling is an invitation to blend. Two or three related tones dragged along the ribbon lines look far more like real sherbet than one flat fill, and the lines are spaced widely enough that pencils will not fight each other. Note that faint shading is already printed inside the scoops on this particular sheet, so lay pale tones down first and build up from there rather than starting dark.
