Birthday Girl With A Huge Decorated Cake Coloring Page

A girl looks out over the top of an enormous cake that fills the lower two thirds of this page. Only her head and shoulders show above it. Her hair is the longest piece of work on the sheet: it falls from a center parting in heavy ribboned waves, drawn as bundles of long parallel strands that curl at the ends and spill down both sides past the cake. A lily sits tucked behind one ear.

Her face is simple by comparison, with large almond eyes, long lashes, fine brows and a small closed smile.

The cake is built in four stepped tiers and every one is decorated differently. From the top down there is a fringe of piped petals, a row of rounded scallops, a band of scrolling curls and small flowers, a deep garland of layered petals, and finally a border of tight rosettes running right around the base.

Large daisies and fine curling scrollwork fill both upper corners and the sides. This is one of the busiest pages on the hub and the tiers give it a natural order to work in.
