This little robot is halfway through a walk and not stopping to pose. It strides to the right with one leg swung forward and the other pushing off behind, leaning very slightly into the slope, the way anyone does going over the top of a hill.

The pack on its back is the best part of the drawing. It is a proper hiking pack with a rounded top flap, two straps buckled down the front, a separate pocket lower down with a buckle of its own and a strap hanging loose at the side. Every one of those pieces is its own closed shape, so the pack alone can take four or five different shades without any of them running together.

In its right hand the robot grips a walking stick with a curved handle, the fingers closed properly around it so the two touch. The head is a plain box with two round eyes on the front face and a short antenna with a little hook on the end. Below the waist the legs are segmented tubes ending in wide rounded boots.

The ground is a single curved line running across the lower third of the sheet with two small tufts of grass on it. Everything above that line is open paper.
