Robot Playing An Electric Guitar

This robot plays a proper electric guitar, not a toy one. The instrument is drawn full size against the robot's body, with a solid cutaway shape, six tuning pegs along the headstock, a long fretted neck and a pickup and control knobs on the face. One claw hand rests on the neck and the other sits over the strings, so the pose actually makes sense as playing rather than just holding.

The robot itself has a rounded dome head with two antennae, two large round eyes and a third lens set on the side where an ear would be. Its shoulders are ball joints, its arms and legs are segmented tubes, and it wears a pair of chunky sneakers with a stripe around the sole. A strap crosses the chest and disappears behind the guitar.

The best part for coloring is the cable. It leaves the bottom of the guitar, loops down and curls away to the left across the floor in one long clean line, giving the lower half of the sheet something to follow without crowding it. Everything else around the figure is open white paper, so the guitar can be as loud as a child wants it to be while the rest of the page stays calm.
