This knight faces you square on and takes up most of the page. His helmet is topped with a short plume and the visor is down, leaving a narrow slot and two small square vents where his face would be. The sword goes up and out to one side, held well clear of everything else, and a kite shield marked with a plain cross sits flat across his chest. His other hand is a closed fist resting on his hip.
The armor is drawn in big separate plates: a banded shoulder, a wrapped forearm, a skirt of overlapping strips fastened with a buckle, round knee guards, and two wide blunt-toed boots.
That layout is what makes this an easy sheet. Each plate is its own closed shape with a visible gap to the next one, so a child who still presses hard with a crayon has somewhere to stop.
Try leaving the shield cross white and filling the field around it. It reads as heraldry that way instead of as a decorated dinner plate.
A full harness of plate ran to around fifty pounds, but it was carried on the whole body rather than hung off the shoulders, and a fit man in a good fitting one could mount a horse without help.
