Seedling Growing in a Flower Pot Coloring Page

A single seedling pushes a small crown of round leaves up out of a plain flower pot, and that is the whole sheet. It is the simplest page in this set and the one to hand a three or four year old who is still learning to keep a crayon inside a line, because there are only a handful of shapes on it and every one of them is large. The pot is drawn as a smooth plain shape with a wide rim, which leaves a big blank band that older children can turn into stripes, spots or a pattern of their own. Pair it with a real bean in a cup of soil and the sheet becomes the record sheet for a week of watching something grow.
