Patriotic Heart Filled With Stars and Stripes Coloring Page

A single large heart fills this sheet, with a cluster of star outlines spilling across its upper left and the rest of the shape crossed by five wide diagonal bands. It is the flag rearranged into a heart, which is why it works as a thank you card front: fold a piece of cardstock, print, cut, and the front is done. Every band and every star is left open inside, so a child can follow the usual red, white, and blue or ignore it entirely. Older colorists often treat the wide bands as space for pattern work rather than flat color, which is the fastest way to make two copies of this page look nothing alike.
